@Scilly.Suffolk
25mm here:
http://www.vanillabikes.com/collections/vittoria/products/vittoria-pave-cg-open-clincher-road-tyreHave bought from them before, they're legit.

Top work, thanks!
I'm still left with the nagging doubt that the newer Corsa G+ is the better tyre though...
-
• #3929
They are different tyres bro.
Open Corsa and Pave completely different intended use.

Open Corsa and Corsa G+ completely different intended use.
Most people seem to rate the G+for all round riding from what I've heard.

New tyres bro - the Corsa G+ replaces the Pave according to Vittoria.

Different tyres bro etc.

Hammered a pair of those G+ all around Flanders' lanes and cobbles for 4 days and they were impeccable. More grip than any tyre I've ever ridden and zero flats

Thanks all!
I'm reassured as to the durability and grip of the Corsa G+ and they're a touch cheaper.
And someone seems to have snapped-up all the OP, as they're no longer listed by Vanilla Bikes...
Own up, who was it?

Has anyone seen Tubeless Ready Gravel King SKs with tan walls in the uk?
Apparently they exist:
But maybe only on Bike Rumour...

I has hardly used OP 27mm, all black, sat in the shed doing nowt. One has a 5mm cut in the centre of the tread, could be repaired, if you're interested?
-
• #3937
Thanks, but doubt I've got room for 27mm.

RIP green tyres

It's hardly Paris- Roubaix is it ...
-
• #3940
No. But what else is?
-
• #3941
Personally I'd be nervous about dem sidewalls in winter.
In other news got me some gravel kings they are tacky af. Haven't ridden but will replace my specialized Roubaix which are solid tyres but a bit too low TPI for my discerning arse.

Helpful forumites,
What are some decent tyres for commuting on? They'll be going on my Foots-cray with R460's. Don't mind paying a bit more for longevity / puncture protection but don't want to be fucking around fixing paper thin tyre punctures every day. -
• #3945
tubeless? Schwalbe. If not, Kojak.
-
• #3946
Nah, don't think I'm ready for tubeless. DB's on my daily is a radical change.
-
• #3947
Start with Kojak, I've never had issues/punctures. They come up narrow so on your rims maybe 33-ish.

• #3948
Cool, thanks.

Asked in the 650b thread but no reply, so I'll try here. Looking at new wheels later this year, considering 650b, so if my max current size is 700x32 (on a Genesis Equilibrium disc) what would I get away with on the smaller wheel size?
-
• #3950
You can probably get away with 38mm definitely (if the chainstay/seatstay/fork is straight, sparyed out, I can't remember),
Even in 38mm it's already lighter than a similar 700c wheels with 28mm tyres, I reckon 42mm within the realm of possibility.
The slightly lowered BB isn't an issues unless you ride with clip and strap.
Have all the Open Pave gone? I can only find them at Bike-Discount.com.
Apart from lacking the green band of glory, for slightly less you can get Corsa G+.
Who's using Corsa? Are they comparable to/better than OP?
