.pe.hu domains resolve to a company called Hostinger which has a bunch of easy website building tools. Conveniently, using Hostinger means nobody can do a WHOIS lookup on the website registrar to figure out who they are.
A quick google reveals quite a few sham internet storefronts on Hostinger that have been used for 419 scamming.
