Have anybody ever thought about reversing half of the pawls in a Hope trials hub?
That would make the freehub fixed, albeit maybe with a bit of play?

The pawls operate against a stepped surface, flipping the pawls will just make the engagement iffy:

You'd be better off replacing the pawls with lumps which can't move, or getting a custom "freehub" body machined with matching serrations instead of pawls.
