  • Not really.
Anyone with that much of an issue would have been on the phone to them straight away.
Really don't see what px have done wrong here and you come across as a loon who spends their time bothering customer services!

  • I have contacted both my forwarder (which I had worked with for a couple of years now and didn't have any issues) and they responded that they don't have packages with these tracking numbers and contacted planet x (which I had also worked with on numerous occasions in the past and pretty much every order didn't have something in stock and/or had been delayed in shipping for unknown reasons) and they were unable to give me all the details required to find the package or even proof that they were shipped. And I probably should mention that they have shipped packages with question marks instead on my name and addressed my package to another person once. I wouldn't have even considered contacting their consumer support if they would have provided correct tracking before hand. Even though they might not be obligated to do so it is just simple common sense to do it the correct way. I have immediately closed PayPal dispute and called my bank to cancel their charge-back after I found the packages.

I am just glad that I was able to resolve this issue (not planet x). Yet I will never shop with them again and don't advise anyone to.
