the only problem is that I cant phone them since I'm live on the other side of the globe.

Well again if everyone who wants money back on orders the have not received in your eyes are cancer I cant do anything about it.

If only technology existed that allowed transcontinental telephone calls. I guess we'll need to stick with the carrier pigeons till then.

If they delivered the goods to your forwarders warehouse they did their job. They aren't under any obligation to give you an accurate tracking number.

And I'm not under any obligation to call them since my preferred communication method is text via chat or email. See the point?
