  • Both of the packages were found on my forwarders warehouse but with tracking numbers that where no where near of those planet x gave me. Idk why did Garry (the guy I talked to in chat) didn't give me the correct tracking and didn't tell me that the second part of the second order was shipped. Note that I'm not trying to blow a scandal w/o trying to resolve with planet x first, I have been in contact with them for around a month and they were unable to resolve my issue to this date.

  • Ah so are you using a freight forwarder? If so, sounds like the issue is with the forwarder, not with px or royal mail. Royal mail would guarantee delivery to the delivery address (the forwarder). What happens after that is the responsibility of the forwarding company you used
