The 12hrs I've done I've taken a day off an done a 6hr ride on the TT bike, just down the a4 and back a couple of weeks before. Not full 12h pace but trying to stay mainly in the TT position so that arms/shoulders/neck etc get used to it.

2017 dates are out.
With the Hounslow hosting the National 100 it moves to July, which means I won't ride a 100 before the Newbury 12 in June. What could possible go wrong?
