@Aroogah Looks really good, could the hangers be a little lower?
Brakes would then feel slightly mushier but ultimately more powerful.

I have a rack on the front so that limits what I can do there. On the rear I have space to lower it if necessary. The clearance on the pads is quite tight and it feels good so far.

(I reserve the right to fettle some more, come back and say "You told me so..." at a later date.)
