Have the RS11 got wider yet? If not I would look at something else. RS11 are easy to service but they need doing fairly regularly if you want the hubs to smooth until the rim wear outs.
For narrow rims Miche reflex wheels are pretty good. They are fairly heavy but use a cartridge bearing hub that can be renewed to as new condtion when bearings wear out. You cant do that with a shimano wheel. The miche wheel also get more spokes that the shimano wheel and is stiffer.
