Those seem a bit expensive for what they are.
For factory winter wheels I wouldn't look beyond Shimano RS10/11s. Cheap, strong, easy to service and can pick them up individually should you break one.
If you want to spend a bit more, or want a wider rim, the LG variants of Fulcrum 7/5/Quattro. -

The only good thing about the Elite is that it isn't the Pro/SL :)

Decided to upgrade my wheels on the winter bike and have gone for these http://www.sigmasport.co.uk/item/Mavic/Ksyrium-Elite-Wheelset-2017/7XMA. Anyone have them...any good?
