Hammer them out from the inside of the cup with a drift.
The external BBs I've seen are bearings pressed in to an alu cup. There's little magic to it.
Your next challenge is to press the new bearing in straight - if that's what you are intending on doing.

You don't. The bearings represent about 90% of the value of the BB, so it's simply not worth the effort to try to rebuild one.
