Car appreciation... the aesthetics, the engineering, etc

Impressed by your attention to detail! It's one of the very first series 3's, from January 1972. They came with the 'razor edge' bonnet until slightly later, when the rounded edge version was introduced.

edit: Here's a picture of another example, but Only the very early ones had it, so it's actually quite rare!
