Vintage FH Grubb road bike from the 1950s - 56cm frame, fixed wheel/single speed set up, 27" rims with flip-flop rear hub (5 speed freewheel and fixed cog), Weinmann brakes, Williams chainset, period saddle, Dunlop Special Lightweight front rim, Rigida rear with Le Tour hub and TD Cross freewheel/fixed cog, il Primo Stem, GB Maes handlebars. The frame number is 11415, which places it in the first half of the 1950s(?). At some point the cycle was painted yellow. I stripped off most of the yellow, so the original paintwork and remains of the original decals are revealed. The paintwork is patchy in places, but not too bad. The vestiges of yellow paint left in the nooks and crannies can be removed with careful scrubbing. I'm after £150 ono for it (+£15 for shipping). Collection SE London.
