So did I, usually because the bolt often move the calipers when tightening up, which is a bit annoying.
a tiny dabs of copper slips between the washer and bolt work reasonably well.
I have the same issue with my Shimano BR-CX77. Do you mean out copper slip on the ID of the washer as opposed to its upper/lower surfaces? I'm keen to give this a shot.
