@mdle ...regarding the Tacx Flux, I had one, and through the half hour that I used it for it got gradually louder, and then when I actually stopped to check it out, I could hear a slight grinding noise. So it has been sent back to the retailer and then on to Tacx. I'm waiting to hear back what's going to happen regarding the warranty, since my problem was nowhere near as bad as it has been on some other people's. I think I've decided to go for a Tacx Flux... silence is a virtue in this house of newborn babies, from which I rarely get to leave for a bike ride and I can't justify the neo one bit. Trouble is that the RRP is 699 and noone has it on sale despite it being the season for sales. i suppose waiting until the ground freezes mid winter to buy an indoor trainer is not the smartest move but does anybody know of somewhere I can pick this up cheaper?
