I'm thinking of doing something in April or early May.
UMCA calendar gives Race Across Italy and Race Around Slovenia:

From looking at the sites and a bit of casual googling, the Italian one has an unsupported category but it's only 800km (and, last year, it rained the whole time so sounded pretty nasty). Slovenian one is a bit longer but no evidence of unsupported, which would rule it out for me.
Anyone know anything more about them?
