Thoughts on Rapha classic vs Morvelo bibs? I have a couple of pairs of Morvelo (one Nth series and one standard). The standard ones are probably my go to bibs as the Nth series are v race cut. Worth the punt of a bit more ££ to try rapha classic?

It's great, I've had several things repaired over the years. Also, I was a huge pro team bib advocate, having never worn classics, then I wore classics and it was a revelation. Incredibly comfortable bibs.

Wasnt required for me when I sent my request for repair in. Could be that they could see that I had made purchases under my account / user name - but no proof of purchase requested for my bibs that were maybe three years old

Not when I sent back a leg warmer for repair. I'd bought them online but for some reason that order wasn't showing on my account. Didn't even quibble it.
