  • you can't put a price on sovereignty, traitor.

  • I always thought that Mrak was a bit Islamic.

  • it's the beard.

  • it's the beard.

    That's a beard?

  • Short answer - it's not clear. The government fucked up when they introduced the amendments to the 1993 Act in the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002 and it seems that it may well be possible to extend a shared ownership lease before it's staircased to 100% - see Corscombe Close Block 8 RTM Co Ltd v Roseleb Ltd* [2013] UKUT 081 (LC) - even though everyone assumed they couldn't. It's not a question of the case law overtaking the 1993 Act - it's more a question of the 1993 Act being interpreted in a way no-one previously thought was right. I understand the same arguments apply to both the 1993 Act (flats) and the 1967 Act (houses). Bottom line is no-one knows. But probably, yes.

  • your a bread

  • Rapha charges a lot to ship to india though

  • Lies. Your decisions on whether or not to let me use a decent specced machine determine who I kill.

  • They don't know either, so their official line is that you can't, but they'll let you anyway because they're nice. In reality they're just scared of a binding decision saying you can, particularly as they know the political will to change the law back to what everyone thought it was will be zero...

  • Oh god, not that kind of IT, not any more.

    I do ops for gov.uk/verify

  • News snippets from The Netherlands:

EU court ruling RE trade agreements (as CETA/TTIP can influence worker rights too) can mean trading with UK after brexit needs agreement of all EU countries.
One ex-UN something high up thinks the EU needs the UK military power and brexit is going to be slow but they won't punish UK as they need each other. Pfff what a reason, you'd hope it's cos of the people and we have things in common but only Verhofstad seems to sing that song along with other libdems.

And the WTIGO: Per Trouw newspaper UK Jews [usually younger not ones that went through the Holocaust] are applying for German nationality (it's easy for Jews due to a special law) as they really don't want to lose EU citizenship.

    Oh, the ironing.

  • See the Rabbi Julia Neuberger article from a month or two ago. She's calling in her eligibility for German nationality.

She got quite a lot of abuse from the right wing over it.

  • Latest fun from the New European

  • for all our Brexiteers. Be kind

What, we have Berxiteers on here?
    Surely not..

  • Be kind to the Berx too.

  • But only for today.

  • Charming. I guess exiters don't get the warm feelings some people have for the EU, but it's her right.

Irony alert for being abusive to Jews, one of the historically abusedgroups ;)

  • Only Bible we all ever need, I'm struggling with this on a daily basis though ;)

  • Next on "make britain great again bake-off":p

  • old testament. doesn't count.

  • Fuck everyone then. All of them.

  • Pick n mix religion? ;)

  • In the case of brexit lulz: French mayor names a street "Rue de Brexit"

It's a cul-de-sac a whole 325 meters long... [not mentioned in link, details from Dutch paper]

    http://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-38442586

BTW the brexit Front National seems to loan/get a lot from Russian Banks. Putin has lots to gain from breaking up the EU I'd say. Not sure if alufoil hat or healthy paranoia...
