Tbh As I said, I didn't pay much attention to the nonsense in the pron thread as I'm a Functional aficionado these days so I'm thinking of my experience of him over years in the rest of the forum when he was a decent, informative voice to have around. Perhaps you think that's unfair or unrepresentative of him being a massive cock occasionally in Pron, given the forum's usual suspect being involved in the glass house stone throwing even then I'm inclined to think there was a degree of trolling on both sides and the forum isn't necessarily a better place for it....
Anyway, whatever, he's bailed now and probably won't be back. Merry Christmas everyone else.

I don't frequent the Pron thread much exactly because of some of the pointless bickering that arose so didn't realise it had turned into a longterm baiting session.
If it's like you say, the folks responsible are cnuts and the forum's poorer for it. For any foibles in his overzealous Colnago fetishising he knew a huge amount and was interesting to hear of all his Eroica adventures and off the cuff drop ins on Tulio Colnago :(
