  • 2016? First year running regularly... To my amazement, started to actually enjoy it! Ran a 10k in under 50min at the start of the year.... Started Parkrunning regularly and got down to 20:04 - sub-20 very soon... Ran a few 20k+ and enjoyed them.... Started thinking that a marathon might be in my future... Injured back, haven't run for 3 weeks and lost running mojo :-( Now improving and planning to hit the streets again over the holiday.... 2017? Sub-20 5k, 45min 10k, 1/2 marathon + ???
