Why? Before tidy gardeners evolved, nature got very good at dealing with fallen leaves.
Plus leaf blowers are for cunts, people who think a tidy garden is more important than the ecology of the planet.

Oak leaves don't mulch down quickly and will destroy all the grass. I have a feeling that chopping them up with the mower would take even more fuel. It is about the most efficient blower on the market and I'm a cunt anyway.
Plus with Trump in charge I think we are fucked anyway along with the environment.
On the flip side my first plans are to turn 2 fields from paddock into fields of wild native flowers having been inspired by John Lewis Stemple. The idea is to create a safe haven for birds, hares and other wildlife.

See pm, it is sort of justified. New garden can need 1.5 days a week of leaf clearance in autumn/winter. Am hoping the br700 will reduce that workload significantly.
