Saying that. Does anyone know if it ever gets lifted? I've sold and got feedback for about 30 items.

I know you have limits to the amount you can send and receive per month when you first get your account, but you can apply to have them removed. After getting those limits lifted I've never had any issues with money being held back.

Cheers, I'll get in touch with them. Thought it just got lifted automatically after a certain time or positive feedback.
