I opened up an account 3 years ago, and on bigger sums I have to wait up to 3 weeks. On an old account I didn't have to.

Thinking about it, I believe I 'upgraded' my account to a 'Business' account at some point. Meant I could receive and withdraw more funds per month.

At the end of the day, as an international seller, you're going to have to expect people to want to pay by Paypal.
