No it doesn't, otherwise just put it on eBay.
I agree this is a really cheap price for what's on offer, and if the seller wanted to rethink it and raise it would understandable. But sometimes you get bargains on here. Look at their selling history in here, they are not new to the forum and have sold quite a lot of stuff at bargain prices before. How do we know how much they got the stuff for? If they got it at a similar price then charged more, it would be seen as flipping for profit.

This Deserves a bidding war like when I bought mine. Very nice frame and brakes. The seller phoned back to say the agreed price was increasing, I had to cough up. Worth it tho.
