To be fair, it is December. This is the time to ease off and relax. Eat lots and then start the push in January/February with a fresh head and determined heart.
I am determined, just don't like cold! Went out on Tuesday and just had a junk session as i got too cold. Don't want to waste hours on end like that again really.
