I think @ojeffcott is the lawyer of choice on here. But don't worry about the pay per letter, just get a lawyer and they'll take their fee from the driver's insurance company.

Is anyone on here a full-on proper bona-fide solicitor? Need to ask family/friends too, just wondering if anyone on here has the pay-per-letter experience, so I can claim damages to bike from the collision yesterday.
