  • i'm thinking having a bit of a transition period, so milk (in coffee) and yoghurt would be ok in the first month, but no eggs or cheese (and no meat/fish of course). This means I basically eat the same breakfast (yoghurt with seeds/nuts/raisins) and lunch (beans/corn/seeds/nuts/salad - just need to replace the egg/cheese) so only have to plan evening meals.

  • Might want to leave cheese as the last thing to drop, I did, and probably most others, found it the hardest!

    Milk is super easy to drop, there's so many alternatives to try! As is meat (fish less so).

  • Try the sainsburys 'cheese' I really like it..

    Quite a bit of variety. spreads, hard, wine cheese etc..

  • Surely the only fish worth eating is fish fingers (I didn't eat much fish before I stopped) - in which case vbites fish-less fish-fingers do the business ;)
