Wanted - 48-49 Frame or complete bike

A woman I work with has realised it takes me ten mins to get to work on bike and her 40+ on public transport. And a new cyclist is born :) She's 5,2 so needs something small. She's a max budget of 300 quids. Anyone have anything they're about to part with?
