It was easier for me, coming from 18 yrs veggie. But, things i found help me -
Plan ahead! Try and plan a few meals (lots of great easy recipes online, making vegan versions of favs a good place to start) I've foind it pretty easy, so long as I have some useful basics on hand.
Carry snacks!! Again, easier to stay on track if you have something available when you get hungry.
Treat yo' self! Find some tasty vegan treats, dark choc, fancy peanut butters, lunch out, whatever floats your boat. Enjoy! You'll be saving heaps on not buying dairy & meat anyways 👌
Any advice, here or links to, transitioning to a vegan diet (going from meat and dairy eating)
Just go cold turkey (ha!), or cut out first meat, then fish then dairy? If the latter then over what time period?
