My monitor is DVI-I (single link) and my video card VGA and DVI-D (dual link).
I've got adaptors so I can use either.
When I use VGA, maximum resolution is 1280x1024; but with DVI, it's only 1024x768.
Is this to be expected, or do I need to tweak something? I'd have expected DVI to be better than VGA.
