The Fenton thing.

How does that work in Richmond park then, dogs off the leash chasing livestock.

I assume the deer herd is owned by someone.
Swap that out to the sticks and Fenton would have been shot.......

To be fair the dogs don't worry the deer like they do sheep. Down here we have a rural division of the Police, if you are lucky the livestock owner will call them, if not your dog gets merked with a shotgun.
