My only suggestions for places in Brighton are pretty junk foody. Kensington's for breakfast, Grubbs for cheap but good burgers, Pizza Me a Slice For You for pizza (might be take away only I think), Loving Hut for various styles with a culty feel, Bombay Aloo for all you can eat Indian food of wildly fluctuating quality and Beelzebab at the Hope and Ruin for kebabs, hot dogs, chilli cheese fries and loads of other stuff that will make your heart hurt.
Going to Brighton for a couple of days in between Christmas and new year. Recommend me your faves! Place I'm staying in has very little in the way of cooking facilities, so it'll be 3 meals out a day!
