After the Gios, I said that's it, no more. Then somehow have slowly started collecting another Campag group for some imaginary frame, that I don't own, or have any space for if/when I do. But that's definitely it after that! Right?

Okay, I'm considering something drastic. I guess splitting yeilds more £££, but I'd like as little fuss as possible. Same goes with pricing, I guess, I'd rather lose a few quid if it means quick and easy sales.
What do you reckon?

Just found this attached to a bike left at the local tip. (Other lever still attached to bars, BB in frame.) Trying to decide to keep for the GFs shopper bike long term project or sell. What's the going rate on a well used Arabesque group these days?

Dawes Super Galaxy, in good condition, recently serviced - detail of which shown on the receipt.
Unfortunately it is too big for the rider so I'm looking to sell it on. -
• #1956
That must be a small rider!

Inside leg to ground is 68cm, which I now realise pretty much totally rules out a bike with 700c wheels.
If I had the space I'd just keep the Dawes for myself, as with plenty stem and seatpost I reckon it'd fit me (it's bigger than it looks, about a 52).

It does seem quite long.

I've been considering letting my Cinelli Starship go, not there yet but the idea has popped into my head.
What would you guys think a fair price would be for frame, 2 sets of forks (Chinese carbon straight blade & Columbus muscle full carbon), seatpost, bb, headset and 1 1/8 integralter bars?
It has no dents or cracks, just the typical paint chips from cable rubs. It's a great sprinter frame (accelerates like crazy) and it's kinda rare, only made in limited numbers as far as I know.
So price-wise what do you guys think?

What would be a reasonable price?
Very rare NOS Dura Ace EX sprocket with threading (Abschlussritzel) 5/6 speed. Unfortunately i have no clue what it is worth other than that it is very rare, i wasn't able to find any comparable sprockets (only 14 teeth or more).Best regards
LeRag

Are the following 2 things worth anything?
1 tacx vortex display. Been rattling round my room for about a year never used. Is there even a market for them?
2 Wiggins/Adidas/2012 print. Mate got it for me when he worked at the Adidas factory. It's a bit wrinkly in the frame.
Guesses? Thanks!

Considering selling my Daccordi pursuit 650/700. (frameset, with BB & HS)
As far as I know (infos from original seller), 4 were made for Fanini professional team racer around 1984. Listed as frame A, B, C & D.
Build by italian master frame builder Viner with a mix of columbus SL/SLX and first Gilco tubing series for top tube. Mine is frame B
2 of the 4 were for sale on Ebay, the one which was repaint (seller currently try to sell it as a NOS L.A Olympics framset) and the other one was sold complete for around 2900$ (frame C)
Those price seems crazy to me..Sticked "reparto corse" (racing team) & "tealaio sur misura" (custom frame)
With OG crazy paintjob & decals, few marks on it but no poc or rust.
Plenty of nice details..
How much should I ask for it if I decide to sell ?

Bricross Lagonda 5
Searched Google for it but the Lagonda 10 comes up, and I can't find anything on this one... I'd say it isn't worth much because of the rust spots. But then because I don't know much about it, I don't know how to price it.

Those dropouts suggest it's low quality: £whatever you can get for it.
Of course it may be a forgotten gem with a cult following...

I sold mine (Superbe Pro) too cheap for 200 euro... I think it's one of the best groupsets ever made. In fact they were too good to be popular.
-

200 euros! bargain... Was that complete?
Debating whether to commit to selling mine or not. Haha, how could it be too good to be popular?

Group (including seatpost) but no wheels.
I remember it was a pretty expensive group in the very early nineties (more than 40.000 Belgian Franks, about 1000 euro) but wasn't as sexy as e.g. Dura Ace 7400.

I'm with you. Yeah it's really nice, a bit niche. Also no integrated braking / shifting with the suntour stuff

Hi, I'm finally getting round to selling my dad's bikes after he passed away, trying to get an idea of what they're worth. Sadly far too big for me or I'd love to keep them.
Both bikes have been sat unused for the last few years, the Specialized could do with a little bit of TLC but both work fine.
First is a carbon Trek Madone, I'm not sure of the year, it's in very very good condition, hardly ridden. Parts list looks like:
Dura Ace 2x10 groupset
Shimano Ultrega brakes
Bontrager RL rims and hubs
Bontrager bars, stem and saddle
Look Keo Blade carbon pedals
Cane Creek headsetSecondly is a Specialized Hardrock Pro, needs a little bit of TLC but in generally good condition.
Marzocchi Bomber MX Comp forks
Shimano XT 3x9 groupset with XTR rear derailleur
FSA carbon bars
Raceface stem
Mavic 317 Disc rims to DT Swiss hubs
Fizik SaddleAny advice as to how much they might be worth would be much appreciated! A donation will be made to the forum and to Mind once these are sold.
(PS, sorry for multiple posts!)

Merckx Corsa Extra 86/87 F&F.
Nice condition but does have damage to drive side seat stay which I think will need welding to make it safe.

You need to tap-up some frame builders to get an idea of the cost of a repair and the cost of a respray.
Winston Vaz (frame builder) operates from the same premises as his brother Mario (frame sprayer), so their one-stop-shop is likely to be the most cost effective.
Getting an idea of the value of an undamaged frame isn't hard, so you just need to subtract one from another, plus a bit extra for the hassle.
There are pictures of some of the components here:
https://www.lfgss.com/conversations/281915/?offset=75
Others parts are boxed up, or weren't used on the final build. Should get some pictures of everything at some point..
@Poetic how far away are you from completing yours? What do you plan to put it on?
