Sweet! Marcshall frameworks are a class act. Is.uwe marschall still building?

I built up the frame up on Wednesday on I took it out for its maiden voyage today. The frame felt plenty stiff but still smooth on rougher sections road. I would like a different seatpost, but the size makes it pretty difficult to find a nice alternative (30.2 mm). I am probably going to switch out the stem too, but not until I know what length I need.
@johnnettles2: he is still building as far as I know. A friend of mine asked (mine German isn't very good) if he could add a second pair of bottle cage bosses to the frame and he was happy to do that.

Jesus! How tall are you?

In fact I am not that tall: just over 1.90m. It does look really big though. The reason for this is mainly because of the massive (super comfortable) head tube and horizontal top tube. It fits me very nice though.

It's all done! Took a while to find the right seatpost size. It ended up needing a 30.0 mm (thank god Thomson makes just about any size). I hope you like it. I do any way.

One word, beautiful! 👍🏻

I really like the details of the frame but I just thinks it looks weird build up. With only a small bit of seatpost showing and that massive headtube. Nice choice of components though.

Totally agree with you on the seatpost. Because the frame has such a big (super comfy) headtube and doesn't have a sloping top tube, it looks a bit unusual. For example my previous track bike has pretty much the same geometry, but does have a sloping top tube, which makes it looks much 'nicer'. It was a second hand frame though, so I couldn't be too picky.
Meet my new big shiny friend! It's a Marschall Alamo made from Noblex stainless steel.
I recently bought it second hand as part of a complete bike. The previous owner told me he only used it indoors for a couple of times.
Although the geometry doesn't look exactly attractive, it fits me like a grove with its 58cm top tube and 24cm head tube.
I plan on building it up with a Campy Chorus 11-speed groupset and Corima Aero+ wheels.
