I may possibly be joining the old mtb appreciation society myself before long. Did you keep any of the old stuff or just start with the frame?
Cheers, I'm alive. Late reply, the forum is blocked in China it seems.I got the frame and fork for free with original stem and bars. I might use the stem and paint it to match the fork, but need some 1" bars then.
You should do it. Fun to ride and super tight with 1x and clutch. Came in at 10kg.
