That was the conclusion of a long discussion between italian collectors... Forks on that Laser are not like something Pesenti would ever do. Not mentioning the awful job on the headset area.
Colnagos seem legit but we all know they are not that hard to come by... maybe some of them just had a fresh respray.
Then look at the Moser Va Por La Hora, never seen that fork crown on one before... Head tube lugs (???), the way the seat tube meets the top tube, etc...
Fishiness intensifies...

You owe the original owner of that Laser an apology.
Most of the Lasers were on custom order basis, there were various fork designs.Somehow, all the custom orders made by customers from Taiwan, no matter road or track, came with that ugly as f@#k fork.
I am not going to defend this guy and his other bikes, as I don't know him well enough (he's the second owner). But I do know the original owner of this Cinelli Laser, therefore I must say something.
This bike was made to order for him when he personally flew to Milan, it was one of his life time dreams. Anyways, why don't you go ask you Italian friends to find out if the following letter is legit or not.
Do you have any more info? Quite interesting to hear that. I haven't paid a close attention to details of his bikes collection before. But looking at the Laser you mentioned, it does actually look fishy. Especially compared to the one below, which does look original.
