In the above photo. A := Zero, C:= LA. The Zero does indeed have the two float adjustment screws but the LA covers also have room for them.. The difference is really so minimal that it hardly would make sense to use multiple moulds.. especially without functional improvement since the design needs to be sufficient for the Zero and since the screws can adjustments on can't use them as part of the retention..

Trying to figure out the physical differences between Zero and Light Action cleat covers. Seems like a relatively modular design between their cleats using the same metal covers. It seems that Speedplay produces two different covers.. The LA covers also provide room for the float adjustment screws found on the Zero and Pave so why have two models beyond livery?
