    @PhilDAS My location is correct, google identifies me as being in the UK. It just returns the wrong search page.

  • Yes it gives you a link to report it and they can change their listing of your IP address so you're no longer auto sent to CA

  • Cheers but I don't think that's the answer. It's a work IP address and no-one else is being directed to Canada, and it works fine on IE on the same machine. Just some strange setting on my Chrome that's become stuck.

    I've set up a new default search engine for google.co.uk that seems to get round the problem, although it's a bit of a bodge.
