Thanks! I'm really relieved that Mack is still around. Anyone knows if I can order the hubs with regular nuts? If not, I'll keep the bolts in mind!

Yes they come with standard Allen bolts, this^ was just my advise since you said you had a wheel stolen before and were planning on commuting with the wheels
You can also ask him for end caps to fit bikes with different rear spacing. I've got one frame with 120mm and one with 126mm so can use the wheelset on both frames. Currently buying caps for 130mm as I'm planning on buying a new bike with th that spacing

Nice project, by far the best colour way that frame comes in.
Can confirm Mack is still active, just ordered some stuff for my hubs from him yesterday. And yes that's the correct email address.
As a cheap theft deterrent (not theft proof unfortunately) you can use bolts such as the ones below, just need to ensure you carry the special Allen key with you in case of a puncture. Allen key and bolts together were less than £5 I think
