Free returns, and I measured up first. I already had a POC for MTB and that fitted well, so I'm comfortable with ordering another POC with road in mind.
If it doesn't fit, it can go straight back and I'll get another. It's not like I'm riding in the next few weeks.
The problem with shops: They have too little selection from too few manufacturers.
The problem with online: You can't try it on and it's a hassle to buy and return.
But oh well... we've done it to ourselves. We try stuff on and order online, so shops now carry far less. I choose the hassle.
