If you don't fancy buying a new wheel, just buy a handful of spokes (ask for correct length at lbs) and a spoke key. Very straightforward replacing a single spoke.
As has been said ^, if one goes the rest will likely be soon to follow. It becomes very expensive to get your lbs to replace one spoke at a time. If you're going to be taking it there might as well get them to relace the whole wheel with new spokes

It costs like £15 at an LBS to replace a spoke. Mine usually does it within the hour.
