It was intentional, there were no incoming vehicles in the other lane. It was hit and run.

Indeed jt was. The driver could have moved into the other lane but didn't. Perhaps s/he was distracted. In the phone . Smidsy

There no way this is SMIDSY. No way. Have you seen my lighting? And my Bagaboo bag with reflective panels? And I was wearing (in a gown now) my Rapha Brevet Long Sleeve Jersey with those super reflective chest panels.
