• Currently in A&E at St Thomas's hospital.

My bike has collected by Salman and returned to the office where we both work.

It was a hit and run. Dark hatchback swiped me off against the corner of a parked car at roughly 105 Stamford Street, Westbound, opposite Coin Street Community Centre, equidistant between Coin St and Cornwall Road.

The driver drove off after slowing for a moment, turned left on to Cornwall Road probably to avoid the stationary traffic queue leading to the IMAX roundabout.

I have damage on my right leg, internal bleeding below the right knee, lots of blood from the right knee and major swelling. Possible break in the lower right leg. Numerous scrapes and scratches down the right side. Hip hurts.

    No concussion. No head impact.

Police not yet contacted by myself, but ambulance staff notified them and said they will intercept here at the hospital.

I have a witness and his contact details.

I'm quite shaken. Weird experience. Sat on the ambulance stretcher waiting to be checked in.

  • Get checked and take it easy

When I had compartment syndrome at first they thought it was a broken bone. Internal bleeding can be really dangerous.

    Heal up fast.

Do you need a hand with anything? Bike collection etc?

  • The driver side off, turned left

You mean you were left hooked?

  • Hope your healing up Velocio, strange place to take you with Guys only having a minor injuries Dept didn't they know where St, Thomas Hospital was?, anyhow get well soon..
