Thanks for asking buddy, we're getting there. Looking like the move is likely to be in the new year, dragging on a bit now.
Had a bit of a wobble where a total bargain place came up in the same block - longer lease, better shape, and £15k cheaper. It was sold within a few days and I missed it. Really irritating.
But the price I'm paying for mine is still fair, so I'm going to keep going.
Just want it to be over at this point. I'm sure once I move in it'll be worth it.
