No. Looks a bit kenked on that Bianchi as well, but it might just be the angle of the picture.

Looks weird tbh. I think some bmx companies used to do it the opposite direction as a way of tensioning the chain by sitting on it when tightening the bolts.
Maybe run a longer chain and get steeper angles? ;)
