Ortlieb panniers - £45/pr s/h off here.
Marathon Supreme 32c - can't remember exact price but 3,300 miles and counting, zero flats, definitely best miles/£ tyres I've used.
Cheap but good quality - Decathlon winter jacket, £50. Very warm for not too much material.
