700x30ish tyres for all road usage? Good compromise between weight and puncture resistance and won't destroy my wallet?
Or Michelin Pro4 Endurance V2 if you want the smaller side (700x28c)
They've been replaced by the Power which are meant to be just as tough but roll faster. Although it means you can now get the Endurance for cheaps.
