Inspiration for Mumbai

Anyone have some tips or recommendations for things to do on a short trip to Mumbai? I am there for a few days with my girlfriend and we would love some insider knowledge on places to eat, things to see etc.

I have been trawling through various guides and blogs but the more info the better :)

When (as in what time of the year) and how many days? Any idea where you will be staying?

We arrive on Friday morning- staying until Sunday morning, then down to Goa and back the following Saturday night.

FWIW - we had a great trip and got lucky with some of the places we went. Happy to give recommendations for anyone heading to Mumbai.
