I would but I live in il Devonia these days. Largely because the tops of the bars point upwards thus making the hand position on the drops incredibly strange, try rotating the bars downwards so that the drop is flatter, then moving the lever upwards to give the desired position while on the tops. Something more like this, unless of course your wrists, elbows and shoulders all function in a very strange manner.
