How does it measure up in inches pit to pit please?

Hi Dave,
Sorry for slow response, jacket is 21.5inch between the inside of the under arm zips and 23 inches max width, (back of jacket wider than front).
Hope that makes sense, you're welcome to swing by and try it on if in doubt.
